With over 22 years in the condominium industry and a solid background in rental and commercial property management, I founded Harkoda Condominium Services Inc. to create thriving communities where people feel connected and supported.

My career success stems from a deep commitment to understanding others, fostering empathy, and taking personal responsibility in everything I do. Teaching has always been a personal passion, which I’ve realized through mentoring and supporting new managers and office administrators as they grow in their careers.

At Harkoda, I’m passionate about bringing people together, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every property we manage feels like home. During this time of growing curiosity about AI, I am committed to preserving and strengthening the human essence within us. I love nature and reading, and my family brings me strength and joy.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), she brings a wealth of experience across both public and private sectors, with a track record of driving financial strategy, efficiency, and compliance.

Linda is known for her clear insights, precision, and ability to deliver solutions that support sustainable growth. She has worked with clients of all sizes, helping them navigate complex reporting, tax planning, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance. Her leadership in both corporate and public finance settings gives her a well-rounded understanding of financial operations, making her an invaluable asset to the Harkoda team.

Linda holds a CPA designation, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and an IHM certificate with honors. She is a lifelong learner who continuously sharpens her skills to stay ahead of changes in the financial landscape.

Chris Gjonej is an accomplished Regional Manager with over a decade of experience spanning both property and project management. He currently oversees a portfolio of high-rise residential communities and is known for his calm leadership, operational expertise, and strong communication with board members, developers, and residents alike.

Chris began his professional journey in construction and renovation project management, where he developed a sharp eye for budgets, timelines, and quality. As he transitioned into condominium management, he took on increasingly complex challenges—performance audits, shared facilities, legal matters—and consistently delivered results with clarity and confidence.

He leads by example, offering thoughtful guidance to team members, overseeing financial planning, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legislation. With a solid grasp of the Condominium Act, building systems, and community dynamics, Chris is dedicated to fostering long-term value and a sense of belonging across every community he supports

Growing up with two property managers as parents, condo management has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My journey started in construction at 16, and over the years, I’ve worked across various roles—from estimator to project manager—gaining a deep understanding of the technical and managerial sides of the industry.

I’ve collaborated with engineers, consultants, board members, and property managers, always focusing on delivering accurate updates and information to support informed decisions. Whether implementing software systems or developing health and safety protocols, I’ve been dedicated to improving operations and making condo management more efficient.

I’m passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, holding an affiliate membership with ACMO and working towards my general license from CMRAO. Beyond work, you’ll find me skiing, playing basketball, or exploring Toronto’s neighborhoods—because just like condo communities, life is about connection and balance.
